Office Administrator (Part Time)
We are looking for a professional and trustworthy person to join our Nicosia Office as an Office Administrator. The position is for part-time employment (20 hours per week - morning hours)
The role includes:
- Ensuring and maintaining the smooth operation of the office
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for deliveries
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep track of vendor/suppliers expenses and invoices
- Ensuring/Maintaining a clean and tidy office space
- Arranging/Coordinating the necessary maintenance and repairs of the office
- Providing assistance in all office matters to other employees

- Proven skills and/or working experience in administration/office administration
- Good verbal communications skills
- Good Organisational skills
- A trustworthy and reliable person
